Joe Garnham completed his formal training and education in Production Horticulture and Business Management in 1993.
He operated his own successful enterprise for a number of years – growing commercial flowers. In 2000 he transferred this knowledge to the training and education of others.
This work has taken him to every corner of Queensland. This exposure to the full spectrum of the industry has only enhanced his knowledge of the industry and this knowledge is used to improve his delivery content to the industry. Joe has added to his CV by developing and delivering training in the areas of Environmental work practices, Quality Assurance and Chemical Risk Management.
Wayne Van Balen's extensive horticultural career began in the 1960's, as a fourth generation Apple Orchardist. In the 1980's he was Extension officer and Executive Directors assistant for the NSW Nursery Industry Association.
