The QLD and NT annual general meeting is coming up again soon and members are invited to attend. This year we will be combining the AGM with a terrific garden party and opportunity to mix with other horticulturists as well as learning about the care of heritage trees.

Members are also invited to bring their families to share in the barbecue lunch in the beautiful Roma Street Parkland. Let us know your attendance numbers and dietary requirements for catering purposes. Copy, paste and email the RSVP form below or call Linda to register.

We encourage you to think about taking an active role in the Institute witih the opportunity to make a real difference in the next year. We have professional development seminars and the National AIH celebrations to be involved in.

 The care of heritage trees in the landscape

Bob will take a walk and talk, elaborating on how Roma Street have dealt with the maintenance and preservation of the figs trees at Roma Street Parkland post storm devastation. Roma Street horticulturists have worked in conjunction with arborists to repair and preserve these beautiful heritage trees.

 A barbecue lunch will be provided free of charge  after the Guest Speaker and garden tour.
