Toni Salter MAIH - National Council member

With a commitment to organic gardening, Toni takes a progressive approach and brings education on safe and sustainable practices for all workers in the horticultural industry. She uses a range of technology to reach a wider audience including social media and online tutorials, and brings this knowledge to help develop flexible delivery of professional training for the Institute. Toni hopes to broaden the scope of horticulture as an advocate for and trainer in therapeutic horticulture across various sectors, bringing opportunities for horticulturists in more diverse workplace environments such as aged care, mental health, rehabilitation and disability. Toni represents the voice of independent sole traders and encourages networking within the industry for support and innovation for professionals.
