Webinar: Writing And Intellectual Property (IP) Law

September 21 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Protecting What You Create In Horticulture

Horticulturists are creative people.

We write things and have them published.
We develop new plants and sell them.
We develop products and services that grow from our creativity.

How can you protect things you develop though?

Intellectual Property Rights are a big issue in today’s complex and so heavily interconnected world.

This webinar examines these issues, helping you to better understand ways that ownership can be protected from copyright and patents to plant breeders rights and trademarks.
